Choose from a menu that features plenty of Florida Keys specialties like tuna nachos, whole fried
grouper, and fish tacos. Don’t forget to top it off with a slice of key lime pie!

Day 2

At leisure breakfast at Sixty-One Prime.

Take a coffee to go and watch the dolphins playing in the early morning.

Head over to Dolphin Connection to meet the resort’s bottlenose dolphins.

Lunch at leisure – dine outside at Tiki Grill or Oasis Cay.

There is an adults-only poolside oasis that is secluded among the palm fronds, away from the sounds of kids frolicking in the lagoon. Oasis Cay is your place to relax in serene seclusion while sipping on a tropical concoction. Oasis Cay is an adults-only spot serving specialty drinks right to your lounge chair or private cabana.

The menu celebrates the restaurant’s commitment to the “Fresh from Florida” initiative created by the Florida Department of Agriculture with a refined farm-to-table approach with highlights that include a Key West pink shrimp with white bean cassoulet and smoked tomato oil, Kurobuta pork belly with apple turnip chutney and blackberry pearls, and McCoy Ranch grass-fed Delmonico with bone marrow fritter and tobacco onions.

Day 3

Head to Marketplace by the main pool to get a grab-and-go breakfast.


Meet Captain Dave Jensen at the marina for a reef charter fishing trip on Gotcha.


Lunch at leisure – dine outside at Tiki Grill or Oasis Cay.

Hop on a golf cart, and you’re headed to a Hook n’ Cook dinner at Angler & Ale in
