Set along the banks of the Willowemoc Creek, Antrim Streamside — a boutique resort property on a gated estate — is the premier location for getaways, fly fishing, and hosting memorable events. Since its beginnings in the early 1900s, the property has undergone a unique transformation to become what it is today.

In 2015, the 200-year-old farmhouse was brought back to life as Northern Farmhouse Pasta. It is New York’s first and only restaurant making pasta with 100% local NY wheat flour, providing a unique farm-to-table dining experience.

Catskill Provisions Distillery began as an artisanal food and craft spirits company in 2010 with honey at its core. The 100% New York raw wildflower honey is the star ingredient in its hand-crafted products – from the highly acclaimed NY Honey Rye Whiskey to chocolate honey truffles. All spirits are made in small batches, hand-crafted from NY State non-GMO grains and grapes.

Since opening in 2018, Founder and Head Distiller, Claire Marin has also created a line of award-winning spirits such as Pollinator Vodka, Pollinator Gin, Beespoke Gin, NY Honey Rye Whiskey, NY Maple Bourbon, Bonfire Rye Whiskey, and Crimson Amaro.  The distillery conducts tastings, serves cocktails, and features elevated bistro fare.

Spend the day at Catskill Cuisine

The Sullivan Catskills Visitors Association in partnership with Bethel Woods Center for the Arts presents a day-long festival celebrating the cuisine of the Catskills and beyond.

Showcasing the resurgence and popularity of the Catskills, curators will expose visitors to the beauty of the Sullivan Catskills and its distinct regional cuisine. The destination’s natural rivers, micro-organic farms, and forests serve as endless inspiration for the exploding culinary scene, driven by a diverse wealth of local, sustainably sourced products, fresh-from-the-farm produce, and a range of quality craft beverages that are made from the purest Catskill water.

Catskill Cuisine takes inspiration from local fare, farmers, and restaurants, featuring chefs and producers participating in tastings, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences to immerse visitors in the county. It will bring visitors, music, and cuisine together while allowing local culinary experts to shine and be inspired by other accomplished American chefs.
